I just bought my first home with Art. I 100% recommend him. From start to finish he was amazing: He is super responsive, understood my taste, needs, and priorities plus he negotiated extremely well. Because it was covid and I'm very busy he saw houses in person and then would video me. After a few visits, we found the right home and got it for the asking price (under the current extremely competitive market). I was ready to offer more but he recommended me not to do that and instead we did an escalation clause. That worked just fine and saved me a lot of money for starters. Then, after inspection he was able to negotiate $15,000 from the seller to cover some fixes plus a new water heater. Again, in the current seller’s market we are in, this is uncommon. In the end, I got the house I had envisioned for around $100K less than what I was willing/could have bought at a prime location in Denver. He also connected me to a lender. I decided to go with them because they were giving me the best deal compared to others. In short, Art has an impressive team and I feel super lucky and grateful to have worked with him and will continue to do so for future projects.
