With a diverse background in real estate and over 35 years of real estate experience in Boulder County, my priority as Realtor is to serve my clients. Successfully strategizing with Sellers on how to market their homes for the highest return possible and sell in the shortest time frame possible is truly gratifying. Witnessing my Buyer’s excitement over finding their next home or investment property and guiding them to the closing table brings me joy. Serving my clients, creating memorable experiences, and successful transactions is my purpose.
Previous to my role as Realtor, I have built spec homes in Boulder and Telluride, completed flip projects, invested in residential and commercial properties, and purchased foreclosures at auctions. These combined experiences give me an in-depth knowledge of homes and the business of real estate.
My love for Colorado and its outdoors began with skiing. I decided to attend CU after experiencing the area on a family skiing trip. I grew fond of the mountains, community and all that Boulder has to offer. After graduating with a degree in Political Science, I decided to stay. My two sons Calvin and Noah are also CU graduates. Calvin is an Instrument Maker in the CU physics department and Noah is a Graphic Designer living in Brooklyn with his girlfriend.
When I am not selling real estate, I am an avid outdoor enthusiast! Breathtaking hikes, powder-filled ski adventures, cycling, and pickleball are my favorite activities. As a cyclist, I enjoy road, gravel, and especially mountain biking. The pickleball community in the area has really grown, and I am hooked! Colorado has so much to offer including the great outdoors and the communities that build it. Experience has taught me that community and building relationships is the most rewarding way to conduct business and life. I look forward to hearing from you, building a relationship and welcoming you to our community!
